Cancellation Policy

1. Customers can cancel their order while it has not yet been processed, directly through their Customer Area. Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible, and the customer may request an exchange or return under the terms below.

2. Customers must be AWARE that Lolymar is a website that offers products from many suppliers; it is the suppliers' decision either to ACCEPT OR REJECT the refund or exchange of products.

3. Suppliers may reject refunds or exchanges based on their own policies, with no responsibility on Lolymar.

4. The customer must request a refund or exchange directly through their Customer Area, within 48 hours from the date of receiving the product.

5. The duration of refund or exchange decisions varies from one supplier to another; it may take up to 30 days to obtain a refund or exchange from the supplier, with no responsibility on Lolymar.

6. Regarding refunds and exchanges, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for all customs duties and shipping costs, with no responsibility on Lolymar.
